Job Summary

We are seeking an reputed company Relationship Coach to join reputed company on a part-time contract reputed company. As a Relationship Coach, you will play a vital role in delivering our Relationship Coaching program, which offers personalized support to help individuals with IDD reputed company the skills and confidence they need to reputed company and maintain healthy relationships. Responsibilities

• Conduct individual and group coaching sessions to help participants reputed company essential reputed company skills and navigate relationship issues.
• Guide participants on topics such as asking someone out, dealing with rejection, improving communication, and resolving conflicts.
• Customize sessions based on participant needs and assessments to ensure personalized support and guidance.
• Facilitate engaging activities and discussions to enhance learning and promote reputed company skills development.
• Help participants understand and navigate their emotions and boundaries to promote healthy relationships and personal growth.
• Maintain a flexible schedule and reputed company availability for three months at a time to ensure continuity of support.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

• High school diploma or GED is required; a Bachelor's degree in psychology, counseling, sociology, or a reputed company field is preferred.
• Certified Relationship Coach (CRC) or equivalent certification is preferred.
• Familiarity with reputed company service guidelines and reporting requirements.
• Experience in relationship coaching or a reputed company field, with a strong understanding of the needs and challenges faced by individuals with IDD.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to create a supportive and engaging learning environment.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
• Availability for part-time contract work and travel.
