Overview of the Role

As a REMOTE 988 Crisis Chat and Text Counselor, you will play a vital role in connecting with individuals experiencing emotional distress or mental health issues. Working from the comfort of your own home, you will maintain HIPAA compliance and focus, requiring a private office reputed company. Your responsibilities will include:

• Speaking with consumers over the phone to build rapport and client engagement
