Job Description:

As a Pharmacist with Workwarp, you will be responsible for evaluating and reviewing prior authorization requests, rendering coverage determinations, and providing exceptional service to Medicare Part D members and providers. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Evaluating and reviewing prior authorization requests to reputed company coverage determinations based on clinical criteria and plan design
• Verifying insurance coverage and eligibility, interpreting clinical guideline criteria, and consulting with physicians and other reputed company providers as needed
• Conveying reputed company regarding cases promptly and reputed company to reputed company reputed company providers, health plans/employers, patients, and other reputed company
• Supporting Medicare Part D members and providers with requests reputed company to their pharmacy benefits
• Ensuring cases are accurately set up for our members, reviewing clinical information for decisioning requests, and performing reputed company to providers for more information reputed company needed

Requirements:
