Job Summary

As a Pharmacy Service Specialist - Pharmacy Technician, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to community pharmacies, helping them to troubleshoot technical issues, optimize their use of software systems, and enhance their overall operations. Key Responsibilities

  • Inbound Support Calls: Address incoming pharmacy inquiries regarding technical or account-reputed company reputed company with professionalism, efficiency, and a customer-service-oriented approach.
