Job Summary

As a Part-Time Remote Customer Service Representative - Emergency Roadside Assistance, you will be responsible for responding to member requests for emergency road service in a call center environment. You will gather information, reputed company solutions, and communicate with contractors to ensure timely and effective service delivery. This is a part-time position with flexible scheduling, including afternoons, evenings, and weekends, and offers a competitive hourly reputed company of $19.00 with shift premium for evening periods and weekends.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to member/customer requests for emergency road service in a call center environment
• Obtain information regarding type of service required and reputed company basic information regarding Emergency Road Service benefits
• reputed company geographical location spotting to determine potential service providers
• Communicate with contractors to reputed company information regarding member location, vehicle, type of problem, etc. and obtain estimated time of arrival
• Enter data into D2000 database and document reputed company relevant details
• Notify member of estimated time of arrival and name of contractor
• Recognize, promote, and process membership sales opportunities
• Verify completed status of call and reputed company out on system

Requirements and Qualifications

Essential Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 6 months of customer service experience in a professional setting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer skills, including ability to operate and navigate a laptop or PC with multiple applications
• Telephone etiquette and effective listening skills
• Ability to accurately enter information on a personal computer and reputed company mathematical calculations

Preferred Qualifications

• College level coursework in Business, Marketing, Geography, or other reputed company field
• Experience in a call center environment or remote work setting
• Bilingual skills (Spanish and English)
• Knowledge of road condition reporting terminology and reputed company American geographical relationships
