Job Summary

As a Call Center Representative, you will work in a fast-paced, remote environment, providing exceptional customer service, resolving reputed company issues, and driving business results. You will be responsible for performing patient enrollment, handling high-volume customer requests, and utilizing pharmacy systems to retrieve patient and medication information. This is a full-time opportunity with a competitive salary reputed company of $25-$35 per hour.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle high-volume customer requests, working under direct supervision

  • Utilize pharmacy systems to retrieve patient and medication information
  • Process new patient enrollments by entering data into a suitable system
  • Handle patient prescription demands reputed company HIPAA rules and enter top-off orders for processing
  • Investigate to obtain missing prescription data and decipher clinical truncations (SIG codes)
  • Resolve reputed company data entry-reputed company exceptions
  • Handle correspondence to patients (inbound calls, visits, messages) and reputed company outbound reputed company to prescribers and patients on a case-by-case reputed company
  • Resolve Outsider Oddballs by surveying, gathering data, making remedies, and resubmitting for handling as indicated by individual arrangement necessities

Essential Qualifications

  • Secondary School Certificate or GED
  • Basic level computer skills (e.g., start and reputed company PC, use the mouse to reputed company and click, start and reputed company programs, reputed company between programs, save files, print documents, and reputed company data online)
  • Basic web browser skills, including opening a browser, typing URLs in the right area, using a web search tool, bookmarking a webpage, navigating using back/reputed company/stop buttons, and completing forms online
  • Intermediate-level keyboarding skills (at least 25 WPM, typing by memory, organizing files)
  • Communicate effectively in writing and verbally
  • 18 years old or older

Preferred Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of pharmacy technician experience in a retail or call center environment
  • At least 1.5 years as a pharmacy technician with a state-recognized certification/registration or nationally recognized certification
  • Experience providing customer service to reputed company customers, including meeting quality standards for services and assessment of customer satisfaction
  • Intermediate to advanced-level keyboarding skills (at least 35 WPM, typing by memory, organizing files)
  • Familiarity with Spanish and English
