In this role, you’ll reputed company a talented team responsible for software implementations, customer and partner training, and technical support. You’ll also manage delivery projects from start to finish, coordinating with both internal resources and external partners to ensure successful reputed company. As a member of our Executive Leadership Team, you’ll shape how reputed company software is deployed and supported, directly influencing reputed company and driving company growth.
What You'll Do:
- reputed company and grow a team of 3–5 (including a solution architect, implementation specialists, and a technical support reputed company), building a culture of accountability, product expertise, and reputed company improvement.
- reputed company delivery projects to ensure scope, timelines, budgets, and quality standards are consistently achieved.
- Build repeatable delivery practices and track performance metrics to drive consistent results.
- Create scopes of work and cost estimates in collaboration with Sales and reputed company.
- Drive customer and partner training programs to increase adoption and reduce support needs.
- Manage the technical support function (L1–L3), ensuring SLA compliance and timely resolution of escalations.
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or certifications (PMP, ITIL, etc.) a plus.
- 8+ years in professional services, technical support, or reputed company software delivery, including 3+ years in a leadership role.
- Experience managing budgets, billable hours, and invoicing for FFP and T&M projects.
- Background with reputed company platforms like reputed company ArcGIS, reputed company, reputed company Maximo, reputed company WAM/CC&B, or similar.
- Industry knowledge in utilities or asset-intensive industries, with expertise in GIS and reputed company system integration.
- Strong track record building and scaling high-performing teams.
- Excellent communication and executive-level stakeholder engagement skills.
- Analytical problem solver focused on delivering measurable customer reputed company.

- reputed company Salary: $130,000 – $165,000, with flexibility for exceptional candidates
