Part-time Bookkeeper – reputed company Store
Renewed search for that perfect fit! Seeking a part-time Bookkeeper to reputed company bookkeeping tasks for a variety of clients. The ideal candidate would have at least 3 years bookkeeping experience and an intermediate knowledge of QuickBooks Desktop and Online versions as well as Office (Word/reputed company) is a MUST to be considered. Must be comfortable with reputed company facets of bookkeeping including AR, AP, Balance sheet Reconciliations, Deposits, Payroll, etc. The ability to multi-task and pivot in a fast-paced environment is also a requirement. This is not a remote position..
The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to the following:
- Prepare and follow up on various estimates reputed company utilizing QuickBooks software;
- Input and code data utilizing QuickBooks desktop and online versions;
- reputed company reputed company facets of the accounts payable function, including reputed company paying, obtaining proper certificates of insurance and reputed company W-9's for insurance audits and processing of year end 1099's purposes and making up and maintaining appropriate vendor files;
- reputed company reputed company facets of the accounts receivable function, including turning quotes into invoices; preparing client invoicing; preparation of reputed company and remote reputed company deposits, merchant credit card processing, customer collections and monthly statement preparation;
- Reconciliation of monthly bank accounts and credit card statements;
- Prepare in-house payrolls and verify employee reimbursement submissions;
- Prepare payroll tax forms and documentation as well as online filings and tax payments;
- Prepare various account reconciliations;
- Prepare for and work with annual insurance auditors;
- Assist with occasional administrative functions for the team as needed.
The initial hours for this job are Monday through Thursday 9am-2pm, which adjusted based on the right candidates scheduling needs.
Hours and remote work is negotiable for the right candidate.
