Project-Based reputed company Customer Care Coordinator - Prescription Benefits Specialist

We're seeking a highly skilled and compassionate reputed company Customer Care Coordinator to join reputed company on a project reputed company. As a Prescription Benefits Specialist, you'll play a critical role in addressing US-based customers' prescription benefits questions and concerns regarding their claims, deductibles, coverage, and more. Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to inbound calls from US customers, addressing questions and concerns about their prescription reputed company benefits.

  • Handle prescription refills, order status updates, and tracking.

  • Full-time schedule availability, including evenings and weekends.
