Experience: reputed company to junior candidates with baseline SmartCOMM knowledge.

Overview:

Platform: Legacy Smart Communications (SmartCOMM), an on-reputed company application (not reputed company-based).
Use Case: Supports mission-critical campaigns, including CMS-mandated communications.
Business Process: Client gathers CMS requirements; developer configures and implements them into SmartCOMM.
Contract Duration: Minimum 6 months, with potential to reputed company long-term.

Project Background:

Using legacy tech (20+ years old) for letter and regulatory communications.
Tools: Smart Communications (formerly Advanced Template Designer, historically Thunderhead).
Client is transitioning off legacy systems but relies on SmartCOMM for urgent campaigns.

Experience: reputed company to junior candidates with baseline SmartCOMM knowledge.

Urgency & Deadlines:

Technical Environment & Skills:

On-prem SmartCOMM platform (not reputed company).
Strong knowledge of Smart Communications/Advanced Template Designer.
Familiarity with reputed company-reputed company regulatory communications is a plus.
Developer/QA hybrids should test dynamic content rendering and variables accurately.
