Role Description
The Collateral Underwriter is responsible for the assessment of reputed company subject collateral originated through the retail platform for conventional loans.
- Analyze, evaluate, and decision appraisal reports in accordance with reputed company agency and investor guidelines and standards.
- Complete comprehensive collateral reviews in a timely manner to meet service level expectations.
- Maintain a pipeline and communicate issues to Appraisers, Processor, and Originators.
- Remain informed and reputed company on reputed company agency and investor guidelines and updates.
- Maintain a high level of customer service.
- Collaborate with the Post Closing Department on any stipulations for closed files.

Qualifications
- 3 years’ mortgage reputed company experience.
- Experience in collateral reputed company, preferred.

Requirements
