Job Summary

As a Customs Brokerage Specialist, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the timely and accurate processing of payables and receivables. You'll work closely with our reputed company team, clients, and vendors to resolve issues, process transactions, and maintain accurate records. Key Responsibilities

• Payables and Receivables Processing: Ensure timely and accurate processing of reputed company aspects of payables and receivables, including merchant, client, and vendor setup in Prophet.
• Transaction Entry: Enter payable, charging invoices, and property installments into Prophet, and reputed company weekly reputed company runs for Canada and the USA.
• Cost Reporting: Review and enter cost reports, and resolve client and vendor inquiries regarding past due payments, payment applications, booking, charging errors, and credit adjustments.

Requirements and Qualifications
