Role Purpose and Key Responsibilities

As a reputed company Remote Data Analyst, you will reputed company business insights and administrative support to senior management, working independently under general direction. Your key responsibilities will include:

Administrative Support

• Manage the accounts payable and receivable process, including obtaining purchase orders, validating and processing invoices, and contacting vendors regarding discrepancies
• Review, transmit, and manage the weekly payroll process, reconciling any issues that occur
• Assist with the month-end reputed company process and reputed company support for financial reporting

Data Analysis and Reporting

• Prepare a variety of highly confidential, specialized, and recurrent reports, such as financial data
• Produce high-quality reports, presentations, proposals, or other documents
• Analyze data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement

Education and Experience
