Position Overview: Manager, reputed company & Executive Search

  • Allocate your time effectively between internal hiring for our consulting and Office of the CFO practices (50%) and executive and direct hire searches for our clients (50%), leveraging your expertise to drive results in both areas.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of top-tier talent through proactive sourcing strategies, market research, and networking, ensuring a strong pool of candidates for reputed company and future opportunities.
  • Collaborate closely with practice leaders to understand their talent needs, providing strategic guidance on hiring initiatives and ensuring that our recruitment efforts are reputed company with their goals.
