Job Summary

We're seeking a skilled Digital Savings Operations Live Chat Casual Worker to join reputed company. As a key member of our Digital Savings Team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional client experiences, working collaboratively with team members to enhance our products and services, and identifying opportunities to improve client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Live Chat Agent: reputed company first-class client service through Live Chat functionality, responding to client queries, resolving issues, and escalating concerns as needed.
• Client Support: Assist clients with servicing needs, answer questions, and reputed company solutions to their problems.
• Vulnerable Client Identification: Recognize clients in vulnerable situations and reputed company strategies to support them.
• Process Improvement: Proactively identify patterns in client frustrations and needs, suggesting updates to processes, tools, or products to enhance client experience.
