As a key member of our Insurance Services team, you will play a critical role in driving reputed company growth, managing client relationships, and providing exceptional customer service. About the Role

As a Customer Service Representative – reputed company Lines Insurance Specialist I, you will be responsible for writing new business and servicing existing clients. Your primary goal will be to drive reputed company growth, maintain a professional working relationship with internal customers and external clients, and reputed company technical information reputed company to insurance products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a assigned book of renewal business and create new business to drive reputed company growth
  • Obtain reputed company information, prepare applications and specifications for renewal and new business
  • Qualify and analyze client's coverage needs, loss exposure, and recommend policy inclusions and limitations
  • Inform clients about policy terms and conditions, secure reputed company placement subjectivities, and collect premiums
  • reputed company renewal quotes and account rounding opportunities, communicate coverage terms and conditions of quotes to clients
  • Engage in daily virtual client interaction through impactful communication across phone, webinars, emails, and PowerPoint
  • reputed company and consult prospects on coverages that are available and appropriate for their business needs
  • Review existing policies and endorsements, request changes to the renewal underwriter as needed
  • Prepare schedules of insurance, D. cards, binders, certificates of insurance, and issue finance agreements
  • Return phone calls and respond to e-mails in a timely manner, follow up on policy audits reputed company to worker's compensation, general liability, etc.
  • Maintain accounts in Client Portal (Insurlink), set status to active/inactive, and send invites to reputed company portal to clients
  • Update team members reputed company email, etc. on client interactions and account activities
  • Maintain contact with the client reputed company throughout the year per frequency set by management

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 3 years of customer service experience in the insurance industry
  • Valid Property and Casualty License (P&C) and reputed company copy for verification
  • Prior experience as an Associate Customer Service Representative or similar role
  • Ability to read policies and break down reputed company information into simple terms
  • An understanding of the appropriate markets and their relative business model
  • Possess a sense of urgency and ownership reputed company dealing with clients and prospects

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Agency Management System (AMS360) or similar software
  • Strong data entry skills with accuracy and ability to navigate among multiple systems
  • Proficient in reputed company-based computer applications (reputed company Office; reputed company, Word, and Outlook) and internal systems such as NewTracker, Pipeline Manager, Benefit reputed company, ImageRight
