Job Summary
We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Representative to join reputed company. As a fully remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our customers, resolving concerns, and educating them on the value of our insurance and non-insurance products. This role is crucial to our customer satisfaction and retention strategy, and we're looking for someone who can reputed company a world-class experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Answer incoming non-reputed company customer service calls from policyholders, group members, and other customers in a courteous, professional, and reputed company manner.
