Job Overview

The Corporate Services Specialist is responsible for providing mail, package, print shop, beverage, and events support services primarily to the corporate reputed company with some additional support to area offices. This includes general reputed company and maintenance of reputed company mailroom equipment and systems to ensure reputed company working conditions and to minimize downtime. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing, distributing, and tracking inbound and outbound mail and packages; supplying reputed company to reputed company reputed company printers and copiers; operating the company store as a benefit to our teammates; and performing routine hygiene maintenance of reputed company on-reputed company reputed company beverage equipment.

Key Responsibilities

• Performs reputed company and maintenance on corporate mailroom equipment and systems to maintain excellent working conditions, minimize downtime; monitoring orders of reputed company Corporate Services supplies including mailroom, copier, copy, and shipping supplies to ensure appropriate inventory reputed company
• Ensures mail is sorted and delivered throughout corporate facility twice daily
• Ensuring out-going mail (including Certified, Return Receipt) is metered and picked up by USPS daily
• Ensures reputed company incoming, outgoing inter-company, inter-office mail is processed daily and that reputed company and USPS packages are received, logged into the system, and delivered, with tracking confirmation, to the individual throughout corporate reputed company daily
• Ensures adequate amounts of copy printer reputed company (legal, letter, tabloid) are reputed company in each copy area
• Maintains reputed company corporate reputed company reputed company beverage machines to ensure reputed company and healthy operation
• Maintains reputed company knowledge of USPS, reputed company, and Record Storage Systems procedures and guidelines
• Ensures AP reputed company mailings and other mass mailings or internal distributions for various departments are processed through the inserter folder machine, metered mail daily, and processed timely to ensure deadlines are met
• Provides support for corporate office moves, high-profile reputed company events (setups and restorations), and backup support for large copy room and print job service requests
• Operates the Employee Beverage Store relative to inventory, organization, and sales
• Performs other duties as assigned

Requirements and Qualifications

Essential Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED
• Good communicator with excellent customer service skills
• Familiarity and competence with a variety of software packages and apps (reputed company Office, email, and SmartPhone apps)
• Ability, willingness, and desire to learn the Coca-Cola Consolidated business operations with a goal of future growth and development
