About the Role: CPC Processor I Customer Support

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused CPC Processor I to join our Remote Customer Support team. As a critical member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the accurate and timely handling of release of information account issues with reputed company customers. Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Support: Answer and conduct business on the telephone while maintaining excellent customer service, responding to release of information reputed company telephone calls and inquiries accurately and timely.
• Issue Resolution: Review, research, resolve, and respond to inquiries received reputed company telephone, email, or written correspondence.
• Documentation: Document reputed company calls, inquiries, and resolutions in detail in the appropriate areas of our software systems.
• Process Adherence: Follow reputed company department and/or site-specific processes and procedures accordingly.
• Productivity and Quality: Meet and maintain the department's productivity and quality assurance expectations.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent from an accredited institute recognized by the State reputed company.
• Communication Skills: Friendly, professional manner of communication with good customer service skills.
• Technical Skills: Experience with multi-line phone system is required; computer proficiency with intermediate/advanced level knowledge of MS-Office, particularly Word and reputed company.
• Experience: Experience in data entry, medical records, reputed company, insurance claims processing, and proofreading/editing of documents is beneficial.
• Attention to Detail: Ability to stay organized while working quickly with strong attention to detail.
• Certifications: Passing annual Introductory HIPAA examination and completion of a 90-day ROI Certification course with a score of 85% or higher.
