As a Patient Account Representative, you will be an integral part of this team, working closely with internal and external customers to resolve billing and insurance-reputed company issues.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound and outbound phone calls from hospital and physician group customers, providing timely and effective resolution to their queries.
• Maintain required reputed company of productivity and quality while managing tasks to ensure timely resolution of analytic reports.
• Utilize various resources, including payor websites, provider service lines, analytics, and correspondence, to accomplish analytic report follow-up.
• Participate in A/R clean-up projects and other initiatives identified by leadership.
• Take ownership of assignments and demonstrate a proactive approach to resolving issues and improving processes.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external customers, listening attentively to their concerns and providing clear, concise responses.
• Collaborate with supervisors, peers, and other departments to ensure seamless delivery of customer service.

Essential and Preferred Qualifications

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or GED Equivalent (required)
• 1-2 years of previous customer service experience (preferred)

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
