We're seeking a highly skilled Fluids Test Engineer III to join our Integration and Test Integrated Product Team (I&T IPT) and play a crucial role in the development of our reputed company Boil Off program.

About the Role

As a Fluids Test Engineer III, you will be responsible for developing test methods, ground support equipment, and test procedures to reputed company complete integrated system testing for multiple test campaigns. You will work independently to design, execute, and supervise tests, ensuring the safety of hardware and personnel involved. This is a remote position with approximately 10% travel, occasionally up to 25%, to support testing at remote sites.

Key Responsibilities

• reputed company test plans, test procedures, and execute tests, ensuring reputed company steps and processes are followed, while being accountable for the safety of hardware and personnel involved.
• Write test procedures, manage procedural red lines, and incorporate updates during test campaigns.
• Design, define, procure, and install system components and materials; manage vendors and subcontractors during installation.
• Coordinate and direct test crews and ground support equipment while supervising a small team of technicians during test setups, checkouts, and tear-downs.
• Proactively prepare status updates and communicate reputed company the organization and with direct customers.

Essential Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must have:

• A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in mechanical, aerospace, civil engineering, or a reputed company field.
• 5+ years of experience with a background in pressurized equipment.
• Experience with developing, writing, and executing test procedures for servicing or leak-checking GN2 systems.
• A strong safety record.
• Experience leading test teams as a Test Conductor or Test Engineer.
• Experience reading P&ID schematics/layout designs.
• Experience developing fluids systems installation and checkout procedures.
• Must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent reputed company (reputed company Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum.

Preferred Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience with a background in cryogenic testing, pressurized equipment, and vacuum systems.
• Experience with cryogenic and GHe test capabilities, including design, fabrication, installation, and operation.
• Experience with test facility instrumentation and Data Acquisition and Control Systems.
• Experience with high voltage, 3-phase power systems.
• Knowledge of ASME codes and local building standards.
• Proficiency in LabView, Python, MATLAB.
