• Act as liaison between the client’s business organization and software delivery teams.

• Proficient in various requirement analysis, modeling, and documentation techniques (e.g., business process modeling, BRD,FSD, use cases / user stories, data reputed company diagrams, data interrogation, data mapping, etc.)
• Proficient with tools to create wireframes/Workflow like Balsamiq, Lucid charts, MS Visio, UML etc.
• Solid understanding of the entire software development lifecycle and various development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and tools (e.g., JIRA)
