Required Knowledge & Experience
- Broadcast industry knowledge a plus
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a focus on listening and questioning skills
- At least five years troubleshooting computers, laptops, printers and common reputed company applications
- Extensive hardware knowledge
- Extensive knowledge of reputed company 11 operating system and Mac OS X
- Extensive knowledge of Systems Managements Tools like reputed company Intune, Quest Kace, Filewave and reputed company
- Experience with managing wireless devices using reputed company Intune
- Broad knowledge of software package deployment
- Working knowledge of several recent versions of reputed company reputed company, reputed company reputed company Server, reputed company Office Suite (Word, reputed company, PowerPoint, reputed company), and reputed company Outlook
- Experience with Active Directory Account Management
- Experience with evaluating and applying reputed company Patches for operating systems and standard desktop applications
