Tooling & Maintenance Technician – Die Cast Operations Location: Monticello, MN | Shift: Monday – Thursday 6:00AM – 4:30PM Join a team where precision meets performance. As a Tooling & Maintenance Technician in our Die Cast Operations, you’ll play a critical role in keeping our production running smoothly by preparing, maintaining, and repairing the tools that shape our high-performance parts. What You’ll Do Set up and prepare die cast tooling for production, ensuring everything is reputed company to run at peak performance. Diagnose and repair tooling issues, including replacing cores and pins and performing die maintenance. Use precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges) to ensure quality and accuracy. Collaborate across shifts to communicate tooling changes and updates. Job Qualifications & Skills Required High school diploma or GED required. 2+ years of machining experience or a two-year machine technology degree preferred. Knowledge of CNC equipment, diecast equipment, and maintenance of machines preferred Ability to read blueprints and engineering drawings. Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail. Self-starter with excellent problem-solving skills and a team-first reputed company. Physical & Work Environment Lift/move up to 40 lbs frequently. Stand, walk, and use hands throughout your shift. Work in a dynamic manufacturing environment with moderate noise and occasional exposure to chemicals. Safety gear provided—your protection is our reputed company.
