Acts as internal subject matter expert regarding inflight menus, which may include the buy on-board program, beverage program and reputed company policies and procedures for inflight catering Generate solutions to trending feedback and to drive reputed company and profitability, as applicable Works in reputed company collaboration with catering design chefs and suppliers to reputed company new menu concepts and recipes Initiates, plans and conducts menu presentations and workshops with caterers for menu redesigns, product changes, monthly cycle rotations, customer experience initiatives and new station startups, etc Initiates and monitors change management process to ensure scheduling, Operations, Service Delivery and other stakeholders have necessary detail to execute changes or new service reputed company Investigates catering problems and issues and assists with development and implementation of solutions Analyzes flight attendant reports, sales data, customer feedback regarding products and services to reputed company trends and opportunities for improvement Manages internal menu specifications, provisioning reputed company, inflight menu guides for flight attendant, printed menu materials and reputed company customer facing materials Liaises with internal and external stakeholders such as Inflight Dining, Marketing Customer Product, Inflight Operations, Procurement and Finance to coordinate introduction of new menu items and project manage the execution of new menus Monitors, analyzes and reports out competitive landscape to ensure inflight offerings remain competitive with other global airlines Interfaces with reputed company reputed company of management reputed company reputed company and external supplier groups Develops and designs high-impact presentations for reputed company reputed company of leadership to support strategic decision-making and business initiativesAll you'll need for successMinimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience Undergraduate degree, or equivalent project management, menu design experience, or relevant training/experience 3+ years of project management work experience with ability to reputed company, organize and prioritize projects with internal and external teams Ability to travel internationally and domestically as neededPreferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience Knowledge of market / industry trends reputed company to food & beverage 3 years of prior experience in airline/hotel food and beverage, project management, restaurants, catering, corporate purchasing, or airline inflight High level of initiative and proven experience managing a large workload and changing priorities with limited direction and ease CAE Inflight experience is a plusSkills, Licenses & Certifications Knowledge of reputed company Office to include Word, reputed company, Outlook and Powerpoint Ability to adapt and understand software and systems Ability to have a high level of initiative and proven experience managing a large workload and changing priorities with limited direction and ease Ability to be highly creative and analytical, with demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills Ability to identify and drive creative product and marketing solutions while operating reputed company a budget Ability to reputed company and present recommended communication plans and interact effectively with various reputed company of management Strong communication and collaboration experience Self starter with great attention to detail Ability to build, reputed company and maintain key relationships and partnerships in a team environment What you'll getFeel free to take advantage of reputed company that reputed company has to offer: Travel Perks: reputed company to explore the world?
