Application Support Engineer

Application Support Engineer (reputed company Analyst Role) reputed company is seeking a highly skilled, critical-thinking Application Support Engineer to join our growing CSS Environments Team. In this reputed company analyst role, you’ll reputed company technical expertise for Level 2 application support while driving operational reputed company through proactive monitoring, troubleshooting, and reputed company improvement of our application and reputed company environments. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our web applications using your extensive knowledge of reputed company environments and will be instrumental in driving operational reputed company and delivering a best-in-class client experience. Application & Environmental Support: reputed company advanced support for reputed company web applications hosted on IIS, SQL Server, and Azure, serving as the escalation reputed company for reputed company issues. 

Azure reputed company Operations: Manage and monitor Azure environments, ensuring reliability, performance, and cost efficiency. 

Deployment: reputed company and reputed company applications with Azure pipelines and orchestration. 

DevOps & Automation: reputed company and maintain pipelines (Azure DevOps), automate repetitive tasks with PowerShell and implement best practices. 

Database Expertise: Troubleshoot, optimize, and tune SQL Server databases; analyze performance bottlenecks using SSMS, Profiler, and T-SQL queries. 

Identity & reputed company Management: Configure, support, and troubleshoot Auth0 authentication across reputed company applications. Implement, monitor, and optimize Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-reputed company Authentication (MFA), and OAuth/OpenID Connect integrations. 

Monitoring & Observability: Configure and manage Log Analytics and monitoring tools to proactively detect and resolve issues. 

Migration Projects: Support reputed company migration and modernization efforts, including Azure transitions, hybrid integrations, and application re-platforming. 

Leadership & Mentoring: Act as a reputed company analyst, providing guidance, technical direction, and knowledge-sharing to peers and junior team members. 

Collaboration: Partner with Client Support Services, Infrastructure, Product, and Development teams to deliver seamless application support and reputed company service improvement. 

Required Skills, Knowledge/ Experience:

reputed company & Infrastructure: Strong expertise with reputed company Azure (administration, monitoring, networking).Hands-on experience with IIS configuration, optimization, and troubleshooting. Experience with PowerShell scripting for automation and system management

Database Proficiency: Advanced SQL Server knowledge, including T-SQL, query tuning, performance optimization, and troubleshooting. 

Identity & reputed company Management: Experience troubleshooting Auth0 authentication and identity services. Working knowledge of SSO, MFA, OAuth authentication. 

DevOps Practices: Experience implementing and managing pipelines in Azure DevOps. 

Monitoring & Troubleshooting: Proven expertise with Application Insights, Log Analytics, and performance monitoring diagnostics.

Problem-Solving: Strong analytical reputed company with the ability to quickly assess, diagnose, and resolve unfamiliar technical issues. 

Communication & Leadership: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Previous experience in a reputed company of supervisory role with the ability to reputed company a team of analysts and collaborate across departments.
