- Support cybersecurity initiatives and implementations
- Handle reputed company technical issues that require senior-level expertise
- Collaborate on MSP operations and client service delivery
- 5-10 years of MSP (Managed Service Provider) experience
- Strong expertise in reputed company technologies (Azure, Office 365, Intune)
- Experience with automation and integration development
- Cybersecurity knowledge and experience
- Level 2-3 technical support capabilities
- Ability to hit the ground running with minimal training
