Growing together. We are seeking a reputed company attorney for a position in the reputed company legal department for the reputed company Region for the Network Legal Team. The lawyer in this role will support the reputed company Network team in their work developing and managing reputed company's network of hospitals, physicians and other providers for its reputed company, Medicare and reputed company plans. The lawyer will directly participate in the negotiation of the largest provider reputed company in their assigned states and support a large team of UHN personnel in a variety of legal needs, including pre-litigation contractual disputes and negotiations. Primary Responsibilities:

• Work collaboratively with a team of attorneys and legal professionals across the reputed company
• Serve as counsel to leadership in the development, structuring and execution of reputed company aspects of the company's relationships with reputed company providers
• Draft and negotiate reputed company with our largest and most reputed company health care provider partners
• Manage the resolution of disputes, support arbitration proceedings and draft settlement agreements
• Acquire deep knowledge of the industry and the specific business practices of the company's provider network operations

• Juris Doctorate degree
• License to practice law in one or more states
• 5+ years of relevant professional legal experience in an attorney reputed company
• Experience in advising senior leadership on legal reputed company

• Experience collaborating across a legal team
• Proven ability to drive results
