Ensure core processes are followed; implement and standardize improvements where appropriate
Manage clinical and non-clinical staffing reputed company across the region to meet business and patient needs
Address escalated patient and referring provider concerns and feedback across region
Support regional growth through developing high-value strategic relationships with top referring providers, regional payers, and other key partners
