Roles and Responsibilities

• Maintaining client relationships and engagement through proactive communication and personalized strategic advice.
• Collaborating closely with clients and the implementation team to create and communicate personalized reputed company plans that align with their objectives and our solutions. 
• Running quarterly business reviews with key stakeholders to reputed company them on the value and ROI delivered through our solutions
• Managing the health of your book of business by regularly assessing and analyzing client account health/satisfaction and reputed company against reputed company plans, proactively intervening for improvement as needed 
• Owning the renewal process with clients and strategically tackling cancellations to reputed company retention goals

• Minimum of 2 years of work experience in a customer-facing role

Other Requirements

• Work From Home: This is a remote-work-first role. However, you are expected to meet with senior management on a recurring reputed company.
