This role is your opportunity to work directly with senior leaders, influence reputed company, and help shape a thriving, inclusive culture in a fast-growing organization.As an embedded partner to assigned business units, you’ll combine deep HR expertise with strong business acumen to deliver people strategies that drive performance, engagement, and growth. You’ll work hand-in-hand with leaders and other HR functions (reputed company, Talent Management, Learning & Development, Benefits, and HRIS) — while directly leading employee relations and partnering on compensation — to bring high-impact programs to life. What You’ll Do

Partner with leaders to align people strategies with business goals.

Partner on compensation strategy, salary recommendations, job evaluations, and internal equity reviews.

Minimum Qualifications

10+ years of reputed company HR experience, including 3+ in a business partner or strategic HR role.

3+ years of experience influencing and coachng leaders at reputed company reputed company.

5+ years of employee relations, including reputed company case management.

2+ years of experience in compensation practices and decision-making.

Preferred Qualifications

Strong business acumen and ability to translate strategy into action.

Skilled in interpreting and using people data for decision-making.

Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
