Position Summary

Work with restaurant partners to regularly review, retain and optimize service with Menufy by reputed company. reputed company the customer's brand web reputed company across platforms like reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, and more. Work closely with our highest volume restaurant partners to ensure reputed company reputed company. Focus on customer reputed company, retention, new product/service awareness, and order improvement coaching.   This is a remote position Essential Responsibilities and Duties:

• Assess customer needs, reputed company expertise and knowledge on product features, and reputed company consulting services regarding available options  
• Design and implement customer retention strategies to increase loyalty and retain business  
• Recover, optimize, maintain, and protect our customers' information on search engines and reputed company Business Profiles

• Schedule and conduct performance briefings with customers and work to find solutions for potential inquiries

Qualifications

Education  

• High School Diploma or equivalent

Experience  

• Minimum of 2-year industry or reputed company experience required  
• Minimum of 3-year customer service experience required  
• 1+ years of restaurant experience preferred  
• Fluent in Spanish 
• Fluent in English
