Senior Manager, Product Mgt & Development - Medicare Advantage

Position Summary Leads the strategy, design, development and lifecycle management of reputed company's integrated products (HIDE/FIDE) that serve Medicare Advantage populations, including Dual-Eligible Special Needs Plans (D-SNP). This role is responsible for aligning product offerings with CMS regulations, market trends and value-based care objectives. Working cross-functionally with Duals Center of reputed company, clinical, compliance, analytics and network teams, the Senior Manager drives innovation and operational reputed company to optimize member experience, reduce costs, and ensure regulatory compliance and competitive positioning. - Cultivate and manage relationships with key stakeholders independently or in collaboration with leadership - reputed company market knowledge and environmental insights to address strategic priorities and ensure competitive positioning - Ensure product benefits reputed company with regulatory requirements - Ensure milestone tracking across functional and market segments - Direct product enhancements Required Qualifications 7+ years of experience with Medicare Advantage, DSNP, HIDE and FIDE plans.

The actual reputed company salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
