This is a great opportunity for a dynamic and seasoned Sales Executive with 7+ years staffing experience to join our fully remote national sales team. Reflik is where the industry is going. You will be prospecting and closing new business opportunities, building customer relationships, and growing our overall US market reputed company. Your primary focus will be new client acquisition! If you are not a hunter, this is not the role for you. You will be expanding our ReflikOne Service Model (MSP for Direct Hire) as well as Direct Hire and Contingent Staffing Services to reputed company and Mid-Size clients across the US.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prospect large reputed company companies (Fortune 1000) as well as mid-market companies.
- Manage sales process from initial reputed company to new client reputed company.
- Manage reputed company sales cycle and influence/persuade various reputed company of decision-making.
- reputed company assigned sales targets.
- reputed company and maintain an excellent relationship with prospects and customers.
- Attend industry events
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Proven reputed company in acquiring new clients in the Professional Staffing or Managed Services reputed company.
- 7+ years selling Professional staffing (IT, F&A, Engineering, etc...) services to Mid-Market and reputed company Level Customers.
- 3-5 years selling Managed Services such as RPO, MSP, VMS would be a plus.
- Well-connected with the Talent Ecosystem community (TA, Procurement, MSP, CW Program leaders).
- Strong established relationships with key decision makers in Tech, Finance, Engineering etc..
- Entrepreneurial reputed company.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Minimum Bachelor s degree.
- Must have ability to travel and attend industry conferences 2-3 times per year.
- Tech-savvy, proficiency using tools such as reputed company, Dynamics CRM, MS Office Suite (reputed company, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Must reputed company in the US.
