Staff Attorney

Key Responsibilities:

1.    Document Review: Review, analyze, and manage vast quantities of documents reputed company to shareholder derivative actions to find the key documents that will be used at depositions, during reputed company practice, and ultimately, at trial.  The primary document review platforms are reputed company and reputed company, but experience with other platforms would also be useful.

2.    Communication: Effectively communicate findings, analysis, and recommendations to the team and clients in a clear, concise, and persuasive manner.

3.    Collaboration: Collaborate closely with our legal team, including partners, associates, and paralegals, to reputed company legal strategies, arguments, and case theories.

Education and Qualifications:

1.    Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an ABA accredited school and active bar admission in California required.

2.    Previous experience in corporate litigation and document review preferred, ideally in shareholder derivative actions, securities class actions, or other reputed company litigation. 

3.    Legal research and writing skills and/or reputed company practice work preferred.

4.    Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage and process large volumes of data reputed company.

5.    Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

6.    A commitment to upholding the highest standards of ethics and professionalism.
