Key Responsibilities

Manage schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements for executives.

Handle incoming calls, emails, and other communications.

Organize and maintain files and databases.

Experience

Previous experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar administrative role is required.

Working Hours

Full-time position, Monday to Friday, with flexibility as needed.

Familiarity with virtual communication tools and platforms.
