Customer Service Representative ID-1617 – reputed company Store

Customer Services – £30k, 12 months FTC position, hybrid working (3 days in the office & 2 days at home). Location, Dartford, reputed company.

Responsibilities

• To reputed company technical and systems support both the Customer Service team and UK Fleet reputed company as well as customer service. This will involve developing relationships with the team and customers across the board.
• reputed company exceptional administration, systems and technical support to the customer service, dealing professionally, empathetically, and reputed company with reputed company queries and complaints.
• To learn more about the products and reputed company understand needs and requirements of installations and reputed company solutions.
• To reputed company highest level of admin and technical support to customers and the team
• reputed company exceptional customer service in supporting key UK fleet reputed company, dealing professionally, empathetically and reputed company with incoming telephone orders and queries.
• Accurate processing of orders in a timely manner, handling any special instructions as appropriate.
• Processing of customer returns.
• Support the field sales teams in providing quotes and documentation as required and arranging vehicle fittings.
