Job Title:  Administrator  

Employer: Home-Start Banbury & Chipping Norton, Britannia Road Children’s Centre, Grove Street, Banbury, OX16 5DN  

Location: Britannia Road Children’s Centre 

Hours of work: 20-25 hours a week (to be worked over 4 or 5 days) 

Salary: £25,000 – £27,250 FTE (dependent on experience)

Contract: Permanent (subject to funding), following a 6-month probationary period

Responsible to: Senior Manager 

We are a charity that helps families with young children who are in need of support. Our trained volunteers offer We recruit & train volunteers who non-judgmental, compassionate and confidential emotional support and practical help through home-visiting or reputed company family groups.

We are looking for a highly-organised, self-motivated individual who is reputed company to work effectively reputed company a small, friendly staff team.

We want to hear from you, if you have:

• excellent communication, interpersonal and teamwork skills
• experience of administrative work
• confidence in using IT systems and databases
• good skills in producing documents and publicity to a high standard
• an understanding of the needs of families
• an understanding of safeguarding procedures
