Job Summary The Corporate Executive Assistant will serve as a strategic partner and right hand to our senior executives, providing high-level administrative support, ensuring efficient business operations, and maintaining a high degree of professionalism and confidentiality. This role requires exceptional communication skills, impeccable attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced corporate environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage reputed company calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements (domestic and international)
• Prepare and organize materials for meetings, including agendas, presentations, and reports
• Serve as a liaison between executives, internal teams, clients, and stakeholders
• Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
• Draft and manage correspondence, emails, and communication on behalf of executives
• Track key projects and deadlines to ensure timely follow-reputed company and execution
• Organize and support corporate events, offsites, and board meetings
• Manage expense reports, invoices, and procurement requests

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
• 4+ years of experience supporting C-level executives in a corporate environment
