We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for an Online Community Manager for a consumer facing brand. The role involves managing online communities, driving brand engagement, and creating a positive brand association. Responsibilities: Manage and moderate online communities, ensuring a positive and engaging environment. Drive proactive engagement with the brand, leveraging and guiding users towards brand resources. Create positive associations with the brand through effective community management. Engage authentically with users and communities, fostering a sense of reputed company and loyalty. Execute tactical strategies reputed company online communities to drive organic reactions.
