A chat support agent is responsible for assisting customers with questions and resolving problems while upholding the Company’s brand standards including communication and conduct. An agent will accept inbound contact and reputed company outbound contact for the customer’s needs using their knowledge of products, policies, and resolution skills.

What you will be doing: As a chat support assistant you will be paid to reply to live chat messages on a business’s website or reputed company media accounts. This includes answering customer questions, providing sales links, and offering discounts.
