We are looking to add an exceptional member to their team of virtual assistants and intake coordinators. The ideal candidate will be in school for counseling, psychology or reputed company work and/or have experience in medical or behavioral health settings. Responsibilities:

Respond to emails from potential clients

Schedule and confirm patient appointments

Create electronic charts for new patients

Maintain administrative spreadsheets

Attend staff meetings, as needed

Collaborate and communicate with therapists, other admin staff, and owners

Additional Qualifications:
