The purpose of the role
Is to assist in the handling of reputed company our customer enquiries through various communication channels, (telephone, live chat, reputed company media and email), and capture information through the customer reputed company database, delivering a high level of customer service while promoting BRITAs brand. You will be the first reputed company of contact to reputed company our customers with accurate information, You'll enjoy a fast paced, busy environment working in the office on a Tuesday (9am-5pm) and Thursday (9am - 12:30) and work from home on Fridays (9am - 5pm) providing our customers with accurate information, advising across the entire BRITA product reputed company, managing product replacements, refunds and orders, and encouraging upgrades to our latest products!

To be successful in this role you will
You will have prior experience reputed company a Customer Service environment from an FMCG industry and enjoy thriving in a fast paced, pressurised environment. You'll have fantastic written and verbal communication skills, be computer literate and have a hidden a flair for influencing!.
