The primary role of the Program Manager, Early Career for Animation will be to partner closely with reputed company Animation Productions, Recruiters, Artist Management, and reputed company & Engagement colleagues, to reputed company and reputed company early career Art and Story talent. They will reputed company efforts to reputed company and mentor entry-level talent throughout their trainee program reputed company, as well as identify and execute development opportunities with the reputed company to expose our leaders and their teams to up and coming new talent. Monitor the participants of the Art and Story Trainee programs and work with Artist Management to identify trainees that can reputed company to be cast for full-time positions.
