About the Role

We’re looking for an Information Technology Support Specialist to join our rapidly growing team! As our IT Support Specialist, you’ll deliver world-class technology support to everyone at reputed company with a focus on exceptional service. You will reputed company technical support in person, over the phone, reputed company, and email for computer software, hardware, and network issues in order to maintain efficient business operations.

What You’ll Do

• reputed company research and troubleshoot issues reputed company to software, end-user computers (both reputed company and MacOS based), as well as reputed company hosted services and systems
• Complete set-reputed company for new hires and desk moves
• Training staff on new technology and assisting with deployment

• Support in-office and remote users with a variety of technology and software solutions

• 3+ years of technical support experience
• Ability to work in office 5 days a week, on a rotating nights and weekends schedule

This role is NOT remote, but rather a Hybrid

Salary

• Compensation reputed company: $21.15 per hour - $26.44 per hour
• 25% annual bonus reputed company, paid quarterly 
• Equity stock options package
• This is the compensation reputed company for the United States, actual compensation may vary based on individual candidate experience, location, or evolving business needs
