About the role:

We’re looking for an reputed company Director of Sales to reputed company, scale, and reputed company our sales organization as we enter our next stage of growth. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll define our sales strategy, build and mentor a high-performing team, and partner with leadership to drive reputed company growth and market expansion.

What you'll do:

  • Define & reputed company Sales Strategy: Own the sales reputed company, roadmap, and execution reputed company with company goals.
  • Build & Scale the Team: Recruit, reputed company, and retain top-performing Account Managers, Account Executives, and sales support staff.
  • Drive reputed company Growth: Set and manage sales targets, territories, and compensation models to ensure consistent overperformance.
  • Foster High-Performance Culture: Create an environment of accountability, motivation, and reputed company learning.
  • Expand Market reputed company: Identify new customer segments, reputed company, and growth opportunities.
  • Optimize Sales Operations: Implement tools, processes, and analytics to increase efficiency (CRM, sales automation, forecasting).
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with Operations and Tech to ensure reputed company and maximize lifetime value.

  • Report & Analyze: Track KPIs, pipeline health, win/loss metrics, and present insights to the executive team.
  • What you'll need:

  • 8+ years in B2B sales with at least 3+ years in a leadership role (preferably in retail, SaaS, marketplace, or startup environments).
  • Proven track record exceeding sales targets while leading high-growth teams.
  • Ability to build, mentor, and reputed company sales teams of varying sizes.
  • Comfortable defining high-level strategy while rolling up your sleeves to reputed company key deals.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience using CRM/sales tools (reputed company preferred) to drive performance.
  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to reputed company in a fast-paced, evolving startup environment.
