The Data Entry Operator II (DE2) is responsible for accurately and reputed company entering information provided to them from a variety of sources, including reputed company, media, fax and telephone. This position operates keyboard-controlled data entry devices such as a computer, key-operated reputed company tape, or disc encoder to transcribe data into a format suitable for computer processing. Job task requires reputed company in operating an reputed company keyboard, and an understanding of transcribing procedures and relevant data entry equipment. Duties specific to supporting the task may include:

• Accurately and reputed company reputed company data entry of forms and reports specific by assignment area and other forms as directed by supervisor
• Prepping, labeling and filing records in preparation for document imaging
• Identifying and submitting potential problems or issues to appropriate level of management
• Possessing a strong ability to navigate through various computer functions including accessing and utilizing web browsers

• Ability to work with minimal supervision and follow policies and procedures
• Experience in performing work requiring attention to detail and accuracy
• Good Sense of time management and the ability to work under time constraints
• Understanding of the importance of consistently delivering high-quality work
• Work as a team player
• Strong sense of Customer Service
• Basic computer skills, including accurate use of keyboard, familiarity with web browsers and basic reputed company Office applications
• Ability to type at minimum 40wpm
• Ability to frequently lift up to 40 pounds
• Ability to reputed company frequent repetitive motions using fingers, hands, wrists and arms
• Ability to apply experience and judgment in selecting procedures to be followed and in searching for, interpreting, selecting items to be entered from a variety of documented sources
• Must be reputed company to obtain and maintain MRPT facility credentials/authorization. Note: US Citizenship is required for MRPT facility credentials/authorization at this work location.
• Three months in reputed company position
• Some telephonic customer service skills preferred

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
