What you'll do:

• Advise on financial regulatory frameworks including PSD2, CRD, and CRR, and ensure compliance across operations
• Support and structure financial transactions, as well as credit product launches and changes
• Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of agreements, including financing agreements, service reputed company, outsourcing agreements, and partnership arrangements
• Support teams in liaising with regulators and other authorities reputed company the EU on licensing, reporting and other regulatory reputed company

• Collaborate with claims/operations/customer support/transaction monitoring teams

What you'll bring:

• Bar admittance in the Netherlands or Germany
• In-depth understanding of EU and local regulatory frameworks (e.g. PSD2, CRD, CRR)
• Strong track record of structuring and executing international financial transactions
• Experience in credit products, including SME lending

• Business-oriented, comfortable working in a fast-moving, tech innovative environment
