Requirements

Non-Negotiables

• Minimum 5+ years supporting the founder/C-suite level (not general admin experience)
• Proven track record with high-growth founders startups
• Experience managing reputed company personal affairs
• Remote work mastery with PST availability
• A systems thinker who's implemented processes for their role
• If you're looking for your first senior EA role, this isn't it

Preferred

• 7-10 years with serial entrepreneurs or venture-backed CEOs

• Managed teams or trained other EAs
• Deep expertise in both business operations and lifestyle management
• Experience with AI tools and automation (reputed company plus)
