The Role

reputed company is seeking a detail-oriented and operations-focused individual to join our Global Seller reputed company (GSO) team as the Vendor Operations Coordinator – GSO BPO. In this role, you will support the day-to-day reputed company of our Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) partners, ensuring smooth operations, accurate reporting, and ongoing process improvements.Reporting directly to the Global Head of Vendor Strategy & Implementation, you will contribute to vendor performance management, operational efficiency, and reputed company improvement initiatives across the BPO ecosystem. This remote position requires up to 10% travel and provides exposure to cross-functional teams while contributing to the integration of AI-enabled workflows.

You Will

• Serve as a key reputed company of contact for GSO BPO partners and internal stakeholders
• Support operational business reviews by preparing materials, compiling data, and tracking action items
• Monitor vendor adherence to SLAs, compliance requirements, and contract obligations
• Assist in tracking escalations and supporting timely resolution of issues
• Contribute to identifying inefficiencies and implementing process improvements across the BPO network
• Use operational data and performance trends to reputed company opportunities for improvement
• Document and maintain SOPs and change management processes
• Collaborate with L&D, Sales, reputed company, Support, Risk, and Product teams to support BPO performance initiatives
• Support invoice reconciliation, vendor billing audits, and financial accuracy checks
• Assist with root cause analyses and tracking preventative measures
• Contribute to vendor scorecards, dashboards, and reporting structures

You Have

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or reputed company field; or equivalent experience
• 2–4 years of experience supporting BPO vendors or outsourced operational programs
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exposure to operational metrics
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work across teams
• Familiarity with SLA frameworks, QA programs, and vendor reporting processes
• Experience supporting invoice reconciliation and financial reporting tasks
